The
Yahoo! Operations Center is responsible for monitoring and supporting
all outage related events. We are looking for highly motivated
individuals to drive the resolution of any service-impacting events
within the Global Yahoo! Infrastructure. You will play a key role by
coordinating operations and engineering teams in order to identify and
triage outages, verify service impact to the users, send out status
updates, dispatch the appropriate subject matter experts and identify
root cause to implement a fix. If you are an individual who thrives on
technology and enjoys tackling unforeseeable challenges in order to
reduce downtime for the Y! Community and achieve the ultimate sense of

Minimum Job Qualifications:
=>An Engineering Degree or equivalent
=> Knowledge of the UNIX operating environment with the ability to navigate, manipulate and understand the file structure. http://www.allindiajobs.in
=>Knowledge of basic Unix / Linux diagnostic tools and commands
=>Understanding TCP/IP network environment
=>Requires successful completion of level 2 security clearance
