Candidate Profile:
=>The candidate should possess B.Tech/M.Tech degree from any recognized university.
=>Should have hands on experience in networking equipment development.
=>Experience with high speed serial interfaces. Schematic capture and layout
=>Should have the ability to do SI simulation - advantage and development under VxWorks or Linux.
=>Should have knowledge with networking protocols.
=>Must have good communication and presentation skills.
=>Experience at a customer support position an advantage.
=>Experience as an ASIC developer an advantage.
Job Description:
=>A Customer Support Engineer will be part of a virtual team approaching a customer design win, and will take over the responsibility from the point of technical design win through project execution, fulfillment to revenue ramp-up.
=>The position entails strong technical know how and customer facing skills, ability to understand vertical technology segments,leadership talent and ability to overcome technical and architecture obstacles in real time.
