=> Consistent Performance ( with Scores 65% & Above) in Graduation, Class XII & Class X
=> Candidates with Backlogs/Arrears in Academics will not be entertained
=> Good Communication Skills is a MUST
=> Candidates with Additional Technical Training besides the Academics are Preferred
