=>Should have good knowledge and experience in one of the following: C, Java or C++.
=>Should have good experience with Python, Perl, shell, or other scripting languages and in Flex, HCI, wire frames, mockups,CSS,HTML, XML, Flash, JavaScript.
=>Should have the willingness to learn new technologies, including commercial and open-source.
=>Should have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
