=>2011 / 2012 Passouts without experience can also attend.
=>Candidates shouldn't have any backlog at the time of IBM process.
=>Candidate should have good knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts
=>Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting.
=>Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
