Job Description:
=>This is an Application Support Analyst position,the individual will be working in JMPChase Mortgage Banking Technology applications.
=>Responsibilities include maintaining multiple applications.
=>This position is very hands-on and requires a strong ability to adapt to challenging problems and an intense desire to work as partof a cohesive team.
=>Performing direct support of applications within the Mortgage Banking Technology space
=>Creating and executing SQL queries to diagnose problems and provide resolution
=>Working with end users to determine root cause of production issues
=>Partnering with peers and collaborating with other technical leaders in the firm, within and outside of MBTI
=>Align team goals with those of Mortgage Banking IT & Business.
