Essential Responsibilities:
=> Identify DND using the registry & establish contact with given prospect list through phone
=> Describe products and services using the given script.
=> Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers for a meeting or demonstration of the product.
=> Respond to questions, adapt the script with prior approvals.
=> Obtain detailed customer information
=> Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases
=> Follow up on initial contacts.
=> Execution of long-term lead nurturing programmes.
=> Reporting and analysis of the prospect base for gap analysis and opportunity identification.
=> Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.
Desired Profile:
=> Bachelor's Degree ; excellent communiocations skills are must.
=> Experience required -1 experience in tele-sales, or any front end sales
=> Excellent communication skills and persuasive sales ability.
=> Experience in tele sales
=> Have the ability to cold call and identify high end opportunities and key decision makers
=> Book appointments for BDMs to have face-to-face meetings with new prospects
=> Engage in a friendly and authoritative communication style
=> Be organized and disciplined to follow up
=> Have a warm and friendly attitude with a sense of humour!
