Key Skills:
1.Knowledge of basic Networking and other technologies
2.Good to have basic understanding of Client Server Architecture, OS
3.Fundamental ITIL knowledge of V2 or V3 especially on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management preferred
4.CCNA/MCP/MSCAPreferred
