Ericsson Hiring BE, B.Tech ,ME and M.Tech Freshers as Services Engineer - Last Date: 2nd August  2013
=> Experience in Performance Management and RF Optimization of CDMA/EVDO/LTE networks
=> Fundamental understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO Pref: Samsung/ Ericsson/ ALU/ Motorola
=> Competent understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO optimization parameters definitions and both performance and capacity impacts (active/idle mode) at both BTS and BSC level
=> Competent understanding of both idle and active mode call processing and able to design
=> Able to make parameter changes to network on appropriate vendor platform
=> Competent in capacity/PN planning
=> Competent in frequency/PN interference analysis and coordination
=> Automation of optimization tasks – Programming Skills
=> Application development and deployment, Web based development, User interface design and development, Object oriented programming concepts.
=> C#, Core Java, J2EE, WEB Language: JavaScript, JSP,Servlets, JDBC, HTML, DHTML, XML, DBMS, MS-Access, SQL Server
=> WEB / Application Tools: Ecllipse, Netbeans, Putty, WinSCP, SQLyog, Toad
=> Operating System: Windows, Linux, Unix, Ubuntu)
=> Excel Macros; Visual Basic
=> Excellent MS Office/Actix skills
