Responsibilities:
=> This individual will be responsible for scheduling interviews at all levels of the organization
=> Will greet all candidates for onsite interviews and coordinate conference room
=> Maintain data integrity in applicant tracking system
=> Will own and drive various other HR projects and related tasks to completion
 => Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, and emails in a timely manner
=> May be called upon to assist HR where sensitivity to confidential information and timely problem resolution is critical.

Qualifications:
=> Microsoft Office proficiency; ability to learn new software programs; attention to detail; good work ethic
=> Above average English reading/writing/speaking comprehension
