Direct Walk-in Drive For HR & Recruitment Executive at Hinduja Global Solutions On 3rd & 4th May 2013
=> Sourcing, Identifying new vendor & driving employee referrals in closing the required numbers with in the TAT
=> Will work to achieve towards a conducive environment for employee satisfaction ensuring discipline and hygiene is maintained at workplace.
=> Proactively Connecting with employees to control attrition
=> Partner with Recruitment as a New Joiners SPOC in Induction
=> Partner with C&B for Performance Management Process Co-ordination (Confirmation, Anniversary, Annual Appraisals), Bank Account formalities, IJP/Transfer Letters of stakeholders.

Desired Profile:

Walk-in Details:
=> Minimum 0.6 - 1yr Exp in Human Resource Management
=> Graduate/ Post Graduate - Human Resource management
=> Good Communication Skills
=> People Management Skills
=> Ready to work in Night Shifts
