Job Description:
NIIT Walk In Drive For Graduate Freshers From 26th to 27th June 2013
 
Responsibilities:
=> Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue/query via Phone, E-mail & Chat
=> Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options
=> Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel

Desired Profile:
=> Experience-Fresher: ANY GRADUATE WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY
=> Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills in English
=> Willing to work night shifts
=> Good to Excellent typing speed / skills
=> Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook
